Like many other rogue anti-spyware, Defense Center is just pure hokum. It will then say that you can get rid of all of these by just buying the upgrade to this software you didn’t even know existed in your computer until now.
Legitimate security applications do not do this and they do not scam you by holding your PC hostage. Like other software, you need to buy true anti-spyware programs and install them before you use them. You need to remove this fake software immediately since not only will it annoy you until you pay, it will also turn off many of the security features of your computer, making you vulnerable to attack. - Rename the file iexplorer.exe
- Restart your Computer in Safe Mode with Networking (keep tapping F8 while your system boots up)

Last week my computer was getting weird, i could not access my registry and msconfig and it automatically shuts down. Very annoying. Then i found this page and downloaded Remove Defense Center and it detected and removed 8 viruses and spywares. Finally i can get rid of these viruses and spywares.

I am scared , i will definitely think before downloading any other anti virus into my system.Its seems that they are just trying to use our fear against us. Thankfully , till now i haven't faced any such difficulty. Its good to be alarmed and cautious.
